Getting from the Airport to the conference hotel

St. Louis also offers a light rail train system, called “The Metro,” that provides a convenient way to get from Lambert International Airport to the Central West End (or CWE), where the Chase Park Plaza Hotel is located (see St Louis Metro map). The fare for the train ticket is a modest $2.75 (one-way), and can be purchased at the automated machines located at any of the metro station stops (bring cash; they do not accept credit cards). Once you have arrived at the CWE station, the Chase Park Plaza is an easy 10-minute walk going north on Euclid or Kingshighway (see attached map) for just 4-5 blocks. Taking this route provides a wonderful view of the amenities near the hotel, especially if you walk along Euclid.

The hotel is also just moments away from Busch Stadium, the Gateway Arch, the Missouri Botanical Garden, Washington University, Saint Louis University, the downtown and Clayton business districts and Lambert International Airport.
