Instructions for Paper and Symposium Presentations

All presentation rooms will be equipped with laptop computers and video data projectors. Presenting authors are encouraged to load their presentations onto the laptop prior to the start of your session. Check with one of our student volunteers if you need help.

All paper sessions have an assigned Chair whose role is to help ensure that the session runs smoothly and that all presenters receive equal time. Symposium organizers should fulfill the same role.

Instructions for Poster Presentations

Poster Session 1 (PT01) will be held on Thursday from 6:15-7:15 p.m.
Poster Session 2 (PT02) will be held on Friday from 6:00-7:00 p.m.

Poster easels are numbered (look for your number in the program). We will provide tacks for mounting your poster. The poster boards are 8 feet wide by 4 feet high (2.4m x 1.2m).

You are encouraged to mount your poster on the morning of your assigned session. This will allow conference attendees to view your poster prior to the start of your session. All poster presenters should attend their poster during the one-hour poster session.
